This loin's choice was clean and the food was good. Most importantly, the Man working the front counter, Ryan, was spectacular! He was very kind and helpful. He really brought the quality of this fast food restaurant to another level.
As of the last several months, this locations service has vastly improved. The quality of the food and the service of the staff is great. The young man working the front cashier today was very polite, personable, and even offered to throw away our trash for us. Taking pride in your work and offering great service is far and few between these days, especially in the fast food industry. Keep up the good work!
This was my first time here because I didn't know anything as for roast beef other than Arby's. However, Arby's has messed my food up so many times, that I haven't been back in 6 years. My sister took me here and OMG!!! They even cooked the meat to my liking which is well done. No red. And my food came with real melted cheese and hot with hot French fries!! It was a tad on the salty side but I'm overall SATISFIED! I will be back! Visited: Saturday July 14th 2024
The best customer service of a fast food restaurant in my entire life! Tried all the sauces, fries, the Cuban, triple threat, and the milkshake and all were great Highly recommend this location. Wow!
Ordered through Uber Eats. The Triple Dare was pretty amazing. The horseradish sauce isn't overpowering but noticeable, and the meat was not dried out, and really good. Fries were really good, liked their LC seasoning on them.
It was incredible! Very satisfied with the king size roast beef with cheddar. The seasoning is bomb. The fries are fire. The service is impeccable. This is hands down the best Lion's Choice in all of St. Louis.
No Lions Choice where we live so whenever we are back in St. Louis we make sure to visit. Today we went to the one in Hanley, we were greeted by Ron, big smile, polite, just an all round great attitude. Too many times young people serving you act as if they are doing you a favor, not Ron, he was first class. If the owner reads this an “attaboy” is definitely in order.
The food was excellent as always. Very clean. Darren was one of the friendliest people I have seen in some time.
